Refund Policy

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (13 June 2014) you have the right to cancel orders for items purchased from That Gadget UK within 14 days of the delivery date. The 14 days starts from the day after the order is received.

Please Note: If you cancel your contract with us under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (13 June 2014)  you must return the order/item on order at your own expense. Please note shipping charges for goods to be returned and previously paid to That Gadget UK will not be reimbursed. We would recommend sending your order or item via First Class or Recorded Delivery, as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit or for underpaid postage.

Under the new Consumer Contracts Regulations (13 June 2014) all goods must be returned in the original packaging and in a saleable condition, as all goods will be inspected upon return. That Gadget UK reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the returns policy limit, or items, which are not in the original condition in which they were received.

To return your product please contact us by Facebook Messenger for a return address. Please note returns are unable to be processed at our registered office address and will not be forwarded. Returns without prior contact with our customer service team for the correct documentation will also not be accepted. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please allow up to 7-10 working days after receipt of your return.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Please note: All card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on the processing time. Please note that this may vary between card issuers.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
